The pricing decision behind pay-as-you-go creation, reseller margins, and why credits never expiring matters.
Most AI products default to a subscription because it is easy to explain. The problem is that many creators and operators do not work in a smooth monthly rhythm. They spike around launches, campaigns, client requests, and internal deadlines.
That is why Zenvora leaned into credits. A shared credit layer lets teams top up when they need to, price tenant storefronts more flexibly, and avoid punishing light or irregular usage.
It also keeps the business model cleaner for resellers. A tenant can package credits, subscriptions, or both without forcing their own customers into a billing shape that does not match how they create.
We also made a deliberate choice not to let credits quietly disappear. “Never expire” is not just a marketing line. It removes anxiety and makes the platform easier to trust, especially for people trying a new workspace for the first time.
Simple pricing does not mean weak pricing. It means the economics should be clear enough that the user can focus on media, not on decoding a billing maze.
