How the product expanded beyond one generation type without turning into a fragmented dashboard.
Image generation is where many teams start because it is the easiest way to feel instant value. But once a workspace becomes useful, the next request always comes quickly: “Can I do the video here too?” Then voice, sound, transcripts, and scene work follow.
The hard part is not adding more model providers. The hard part is preventing the product from becoming a pile of separate tabs with separate mental models. That is where many “all-in-one” tools quietly fail.
Zenvora expanded into image, video, and audio by keeping the surrounding system shared. Jobs, wallets, history, storage, and tenant controls stay consistent even when the model families underneath are different.
That makes the product feel broader without feeling heavier. A user can move from a still to a shot to a voice layer without feeling like they left the workspace and entered a different company’s UI.
The goal is not to expose every capability all at once. The goal is to make the stack deep enough to be useful while keeping the product coherent.
